How do I know if I can subdivide my land?
You will need to contact your local Consulting Surveyor, as they will have a very good understanding of subdivision laws and council policies in your area. If you don't have any luck with a local Surveyor, then you will need to contact your local Council:

- Goulburn Mulwaree Council.
- Snowy Monaro Regional Council.
- Yass Valley Council
How much will subdivision cost?
